Description

Discover a unique volunteer opportunity on the breathtaking shores of Haiku during sunset, as you join forces with the Maui Invasive Species Committee (MISC) to combat the invasive coqui population. In this hands-on experience, you'll play a crucial role in 'holding the line' to prevent the further spread of these resilient creatures. Armed with citrus acid, your early evening from 5:30-7:30 will be dedicated to spraying and learning more about the coquis, all while contributing to the broader restoration mission of Malama Hamakua Maui. Join us for an impactful adventure in preserving the natural beauty of Maui's landscapes.
