Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, watering, and maintaining native Hawaiian plants in the museum garden.
Ensure pathways and visitor areas are free of debris, leaves, and other obstructions.Help with setting up and maintaining outdoor spaces for events and special exhibitions.
Collaborate with the facilities team to identify any repairs or maintenance needs on the grounds.
Assist with seasonal plantings and care of the museum’s historical and native plant collections.
Ideal Candidate:
Enjoys working outdoors and has basic knowledge of landscaping or gardening.
Able to handle light to moderate physical tasks.
Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late afternoons.
Available on weekdays for groundskeeping tasks.
