Volunteer Opportunity: Maui GEMS Internship Completion Ceremony.
Join us in making the Maui GEMS Internship Completion Ceremony a memorable event! We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help with various tasks to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Food Donation:
Contribute delicious food items for the event. We welcome a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beverages.
Set-Up Crew:
Assist in setting up tables, chairs, decorations, and food stations before the event.
Arrive at 4:30 PM to help with the set-up process.
Clean-Up Crew:
Help with cleaning up the venue after the event, including packing up decorations, clearing tables, and ensuring the space is tidy.
Stay for about 30 minutes after the event ends to assist with clean-up.
Door Greeters:
Welcome guests as they arrive, provide them with event programs, and guide them to the event area.
Arrive by 5:30 PM to prepare for guest arrivals.
Hosts:
Assist with guiding guests throughout the event, answering questions, and ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Help with coordinating the flow of the event and supporting the program as needed.
