Aloha! The nonprofit Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum is seeking volunteers for its Plantation Days Festival on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at the Sugar Museum, 3957 Hansen Road, Puunene. This is a great opportunity to reunite with old friends, talk story, and support the Sugar Museum. Help and support is needed for the following areas: parking attendants, set up and break down, admissions, kids’ crafts and demonstrations, food and soda booths, stagehands, silent auction, museum store tent, plantation camp registry, and more! Event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 3-hour volunteer shifts begin at 7:00 a.m., and end at 7:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for groups, clubs, and teens. For more information or to sign up, contact Holly Buland at operations@sugarmuseum.com, or call 808-871-8058.
