We are gearing up for an exciting Parent’s Day with MAUI GEMS event on Friday, January 24, 2025, and we’d love your support to make it a memorable experience for families, mentors, and youth.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the MAUI GEMS program and its impact on our community. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we’re reaching out to our incredible volunteers for assistance.
Here’s how you can help:
- Greeter: Welcome attendees and set the tone for the event.
- Check-In Table: Assist with signing in guests and providing name tags.
- Intake Coordinator: Input information into the computer as guests arrive.
- Set-Up and Clean-Up: Help us prepare the space before the event and tidy up afterward.
- WMYFB Table Representative: Share information about What Makes You Feel Beautiful and answer questions.
- Refreshments: Set up the finger foods, napkins, plates, plastic forks, juice, and water table.
- Tech Support: Operate the computer and video equipment during the event.
