Do you love horses and children? Our Therapeutic Riding Program may be a good fit for you. Volunteers assist during therapeutic riding sessions for children with special needs each week.
Join us on MONDAY, April 11 from 1:45pm - 4:45pm at Haku Baldwin Center in Makawao for our quarterly Volunteer Training & Appreciation Day.
Meet our riding instructors, learn more about the program and our center, and meet our great team of dedicated volunteers. This is a fun day, designed for new volunteer orientation, and for existing volunteers to brush up on their skills. Light refreshments served. Minimum age to volunteer is 16 years old.
Regular sessions are held every Monday and Tuesday afternoon from 1:45pm - 4:45pm. If you can volunteer once a week for a month, or even make this a regular bright spot in your week, we'd love to have you!
