Who We Are
Hawaii Animal Rescue Foundation (HARF) seeks volunteers to foster dogs. By providing a temporary home for homeless dogs, you help us save dog?s lives, one dog at a time. Participants cover food costs, HARF covers medical costs.
What We Do
Hawaii Animal Rescue Foundation (HARF) is a group of volunteer animal lovers whose mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary, and ultimately to re-home abandoned, stray and neglected animals.
