Who We Are
We have a community volunteer board of directors (BOD). Our nurses, nursing assistants, our employees and volunteers all serve with a passion for care and advocacy for our community. If there is anyone interested in volunteering to support services to home bound individuals, Kupuna or those with special needs, or to simply be of service to our community please reach out to us.
What We Do
We are a licensed non-profit Home Health agency, providing home and community based services for those living on Lana`i. Our services nclude skilled nursing delivery, support with personal care, health education, access assistance for resources and services, etc. Our team works with individuals and their families - most whom are home bound. We try to provide everyone with supportive healthcare, monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), medication management and much more, while working with the clients primary care provider (PCP) or healthcare specialist. We can assist with simple errands such as collecting mail or medications, transportation to special events and/or appointments to complex wound care.
