Volunteer Opportunity: Event Support for "Emerging Innovators: Maui GEMS Youth Entrepreneur Workshop"

Time: Volunteers needed from 5PM to 9 PM
Location: 483 S. High St., Wailuku

Join us in empowering young entrepreneurs by volunteering at the "Emerging Innovators: Maui GEMS Youth Entrepreneur Workshop." We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with various tasks to ensure a successful event. Your help will be instrumental in creating an inspiring environment for young girls interested in business and entrepreneurship.

Volunteer Roles:

• Event Setup: Assist with setting up tables and chairs, preparing the venue for guests. Arrival at 5 PM is required.
• Food Area Management: Help in organizing and managing the food area, ensuring all attendees have access to refreshments throughout the event.
• Guest Registration: Welcome guests, help with signing in, and register youth into the Maui GEMS program using a laptop. Training will be provided.
• Event Cleanup: Help dismantle and put away tables and chairs, and assist in general cleanup after the event concludes.

Requirements are:

• A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks involved in setting up and breaking down event spaces.
• Comfortable using a computer for registration tasks.
• Willing to agree and adhere to the code of conduct while volunteering.
