2025 Maui Arbor Day Garden Expo & Tree Giveaway
The 22nd Annual Arbor Day Garden Expo and Tree Giveaway will be held Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, in person at the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens, 150 Kanaloa Ave., Kahului. We would greatly appreciate your help as a volunteer!
- Shifts start on Wednesday, November 5th and run through event day, Saturday, November 8th.
- You may sign up more than one person using this form, but please note that anyone 14 and under must be accompanied by one adult per child.
- Volunteers younger than 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian before beginning work; volunteers 18 and older may sign a waiver when they check in for their shift.
- Please be prepared to be outdoors, in the sun. Bring a refillable water bottle.
- Closed toed shoes are best for set up and break down duties, but not required for the event day.
- Cold drinks, a water bottle filling station, snacks, gloves, and tools are provided.
