- Assist with install of false wall; prime and paint walls
- Assist with painting of stages
- Follow up calls of silent auction requests/ Email info
- Database entry of all auction items
- Decorations- Team Leader (Ideas and implement)
- Bid Paddles
- Filing/ Envelope Stuffing
- Event daytime 2/25 (vacuum carpets, final touches)
- Event night volunteering 2/25 (4pm to 10pm) Age 21+ only
- Carpet stretching & install under main bar tent (Thursday, 2/23/17)
- General set up (2/23, 2/24, 2/25): List your dates and times available
- Breakdown 2/25/17 (9pm-12am)
- Clean up 2/26/17 (9am to 3pm): List times available
- NEW: Find and gather frames of all sizes for event decorations

Art Affair 2017: Celebrating 100 years of Kaluanui

Celebrate 100 years of Kaluanui at Art Affair 2017! Art Affair is the Hui’s premier themed art auction & social event benefitting community visual arts education! Held at the historic Kaluanui estate, the evening features a live and silent auction, live music, dancing, a gourmet seated dinner by Chef Bev Gannon and Celebrations Catering, signature cocktails, and an opportunity to gather and celebrate with a wonderful community of visual art supporters! Please join us in celebrating 100 years of Kaluanui by dressing as your favorite artist from the last 100 years—taking ideas from the artists’ work, the fashion of the time or from the artists themselves. Proceeds from Art Affair enable access to exceptional visual arts programming for all ages and abilities throughout the year. Stay tuned for more details, auction items, and more!
