This role is essential in helping us provide a lifetime of love and care to over 90 rescued pigs at two locations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Lead efforts to find and onboard new volunteers who are passionate about animal welfare.Scheduling & Training: Assist our founder, Jillian, in organizing volunteer schedules and ensuring all volunteers are properly trained for their roles.Support: Serve as a central point of contact for our volunteers, answering questions and ensuring they have a positive, meaningful experience.The Volunteer Coordinator is a remote position that has flexible weekly hours, but some time at our Makawao with our director is needed.
