Our mission, as family and friends is to be committed to advocating for care service delivery to our community, with a focus on individual preferences, preserving dignity, promoting quality and honoring our elderly.
What We Do
Client services requiring skilled nursing support. Typically, a Registered Nurse (RN) assessment, and implementation of a plan of care (POC), to include interventions based on the primary care provider (PCP) orders. Such as, specialty wound care, administration and management of medication(s), intravenous (IV) medications administration, lab/blood collection, health monitoring, in the client’s home environment etc. as indicated and ordered. Under the direction of RNs we have nursing assistants (CNAs) who are able to assist clients with activities of daily living.
